Reservation
Terms and Conditions
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. After the booking is made, a confirmation will be emailed. (This will include directions and check-in routine. Please print it and keep it with your travel luggage in case you cannot access virtual documents on the way.) The other half will be due on or before arrival. Final confirmation is contingent upon owner’s acknowledgement. Feel free to call or email with questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or partial cancellations within 90 days of the arrival date are subject to forfeit. If the dates can be re-rented, the payment will be refunded. A fee may be deducted if the process of re-renting the space requires an unusual amount of time and expense. If the space is not re-rented, the payment is forfeited. No partial cancellations.
